The first day of the rest of my life
Everyone – especially the grandparents – have been asking for more pictures. Sorry it has taken so long. I had computer problems and then who knew that parenthood was so much work, especially with about 5 hours of sleep the last 4 days. But no more excuses. Here are pix from Maddy’s first day, or as a couple of friends pointed out, the first day of the rest of her life. We had a couple of visits on Monday. Rebecca stopped by in the afternoon to see us and we celebrated with champagne she brought. She was great support for Christina, and also brought her a book on recovering from c-sections. Carl stopped by in the evening to see us all. He brought George much needed support of pizza and beer. Thanks guys!!

Maddie is born!
It’s late and it’s been a really wild couple of days. But we know people would like to see our baby daughter, Madeline Deborah Jane Fitz. So here are a couple of pix and a link to a little movie of her. We’ll post more details tomorrow.
